If you’re running The Hub® 8.0 or higher and CoPilot® 9.0 or higher, you can easily update to the latest versions.
For users with The Hub® below 8.0 or CoPilot® below 9.0, you’ll need to update The Hub® first before bringing your CoPilots up to date. Please note that during this transition, you may encounter temporary errors on your CoPilots—such as « Disconnected from The Hub, » « Reached License Limit, » or similar messages—until both systems are updated to their latest versions.
To ensure a smooth upgrade process, we recommend reaching out to RJG Support for assistance if your systems are below 8.0 for The Hub® or 9.0 for CoPilot®.
